I Just had my first bra fitting after my double mastectomy and reconstruction with implants. Winsome (the lingerie manager) was terrific! She knew exactly what bra I should try. Great experience and I will be back!

I always have a pleasant shopping experience at Dillard's. Their selection of brands and products is commendable, and the staff has consistently been helpful and courteous (especially Maggie in the Women's Dept). The store layout is organized, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. More often than not, I always find so many great deals during their sales events. A reliable department store that rarely disappoints!

This is an amazing store with super kind and helpful sales staff. I was shopping for clothing to wear to an unexpected funeral. Susan in women’s clothing helped me find a beautiful and flattering suit, and the woman in the lingerie (so sorry, I forgot your name) was absolutely wonderful and made sure I had all of the items I needed, and she did so with class and style. Both made a very difficult reason for shopping an enjoyable experience. Thank you. 🤗

My husband and I went to this location about a month ago to look for wedding attire after trying a few other nearby stores first. Immediately upon entering the men's section, we were greeted by a friendly salesman who pointed us to Tristan in the suit dept. Tristan asked questions about the wedding and then started pulling jackets/blazers and then helped us find a shirt and belt. He then turned us back to the original salesperson, who worked in the shoes dept, and helped my husband just the right pair for the outfit. It was like having a personal stylist. They were both incredibly helpful and friendly! The women's dept had lots of dresses to choose from and I felt the prices were fair/competitive. We were both very pleased with our experience and the selections. Next time, it will be our first stop!

If you enjoy being completely ignored by store employees, including while you’re paying for your purchase, this is the store for you. Just another company that has decided the customer doesn’t matter at all. No wonder retail shrink is so high.

Went in at the last minute on a Friday night to get an outfit to go to dinner in. Super nice young lady helped me pick some stuff out and ran back and forth grabbing different sizes for me while I was still in the dressing room. Overall very nice experience and I'll definitely be going back

I just went there today and I did end up purchasing two dresses. However, I had to find a different department to check out in because the woman in the dress department made my family and I very uncomfortable. There is a certain level of professionalism and respectful behavior that is expected when dealing with employees at any store. She seemed to be following us and accusing us of stealing while we were doing nothing wrong. I probably would‘ve bought more had she not made us feel like villains in the store. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a store employee.

Dillards has always been a great store with quality merchandise. For the most part it still is but has less quantity. Based on the amount of customers it appears Dillards will be going the same route as Sears. I guess I am old fashioned, I like malls.
